First of all thank you for coming into my home and helping me. You are providing a valuable service which
allows me to spend more time with my family/not cleaning.
Secondly thank you for being so great with my initial consultation and putting me at ease. My experience with
you for the first time far exceeded the other company I used.
Lastly thank you for respecting my home and taking care while in it. This home was built in the 1800’s as a
barn in Pennsylvania and has been added onto and renovated since. This house has a great deal of history
and has been in the family for generations. It’s not in the best of shape and needs some TLC still, we are
working on it and so are you by helping it stay clean. I wanted to write out in detail a few things regarding your
client survey form: Things that stood out The feeling of ahhh¨ when you walk in the door and there isn’t chaos
and clutter.
The WOW factor of going upstairs and seeing the kids beds made, picked up and clothes folded.. I was not
expecting that.
The WOW factor of the master bedroom you guys deserve a Purple Heart for that one, esp the bathroom ..
yikes!) Did I mention the clothes? Oh my GOD the CLOTHES!! THANK YOU!!!!!!
GALS not only did you exceed my expectations, but you BLEW the other professional service I used before I
found you away - I am writing them a letter letting them know there is no other competition, you are the ONLY
